When you sign up for our Standard, Premium, or Elite subscription, you'll get access to a private community of professionals with similar goals, challenges, and experiences. You'll also get access to our coaching team (Premium and Elite only) as well as career-focused courses to help you with your job search or professional development.
Resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn reviews are available for Premium and Elite members. You can submit as many materials as you'd like for review by our coaches, just as long as you're an active member. Please note that responses can take up to two business days though.
Can you give me advice for my career or job search without me joining the program?
Please check out our blog as we post daily articles centered around career change, job interview preparation, and more. However, if you are looking for advice from one of our career coaches, unfortunately, that is only available to our paying members. However, if you sign up for our Premium or Elite subscription, you can chat with a coach and get the support you need!

What's the difference between the Standard, Premium, and Elite subscriptions?
Every subscription includes access to our courses and community. The difference lies in the level of coaching you want to receive.
Standard - No coaching.
Premium - UNLIMITED private email coaching that includes resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews by our career experts!
Elite - UNLIMITED private email coaching from J.T. that includes resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews conducted by her personally.
Are there additional charges for services like career coaching or resume reviews?
No, you will never be charged anything other than the rate that you signed up for. Access to our courses and community is included in every subscription level. For Premium and Elite members, you'll never have additional charges no matter how frequently you message our coaches or ask for materials reviews.
Standard members have to upgrade to a Premium or Elite subscription if they want to receive coaching.
Do you work with people from other countries? (non-U.S.)?
Yes! Work It DAILY is a global career coaching platform. We work with professionals and executives from all over the world. We have found that our techniques, with some minor tweaks, can work in any job market worldwide. When you join, just let our coaching team know what country you're in or what country you want to find a job in, and they can help to tailor your career and job search strategy accordingly.
Are resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn reviews included in my subscription?
Yes, for Premium and Elite members only. As a Work It DAILY Premium or Elite member, you have the ability to send as many resumes, cover letters, and other career-related materials to our coaches for feedback. Resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn reviews are a huge part of the process!
How fast should I expect responses from the coaches?
We have a two-business-day turnaround on responses but we try our very best to get back to clients as soon as possible because we know many of those requests are time-sensitive.
Who are the coaches?
The coaching team at Work It DAILY is personally trained by J.T. O'Donnell, founder and CEO of Work It DAILY, who has 20+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, and career coaching. They're all very knowledgeable in career growth and job search strategy and work with hundreds of clients per week. They're also focused on staying on top of trends to make sure you're getting the most up-to-date guidance possible.
How do I get in touch with my coach?
You need a subscription that includes individual coaching to work directly with our coaches. Once you've purchased your subscription, you can not pause your coaching or buy and delay your start time. Instead, you will automatically gain access to the "Coaching" area in WID Circle (our platform). In this section, you will be able to see our "Coaching Guidelines" and "How To Get In Touch With Our Coaches".
Whenever you're ready, follow those steps and contact the coaches with your questions or submit your materials for review. You can send any career-related questions and PDF materials like your resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile; our coaches will provide personalized feedback and recommendations. Please note that coaches have a two-business-day turnaround on responses.
How do I cancel, downgrade, or upgrade my subscription?
If you want to cancel, downgrade, or upgrade your subscription with Work It DAILY, please follow the instructions below.
Upgrading/Downgrading
Typically, you can change your plan within seven days of your original purchase. You can see and manage your membership within WID Circle. Simply click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the page > Click on "Billing" > "Subscriptions."
If you need a refund or assistance with upgrading/downgrading, please don't hesitate to contact Support at support@workitdaily.com and say you'd like to switch to a different plan. We'll gladly refund you so you can purchase a different subscription from our Offerings Page.
Canceling
Please keep in mind that deactivating your Circle account and canceling your subscription must be done separately. Some members will accidentally deactivate their accounts without canceling their subscriptions first. This will delete your member profile from WID Circle but will keep your subscription and billing active. If you've attempted to cancel your subscription but are unsure it was successfully canceled, please contact us at support@workitdaily.com, and we'll check for you.
Free Trials: Our system sees the Free Trials as a subscription. If you'd like to cancel your free trial, you can follow the same steps you would to cancel a subscription. Plus, you can select either "Cancel Now" or "Cancel at the end of your cycle (or at the end of your free trial)."
Here's how to cancel your subscription:
For New Accounts: If your account was recently created (2022 and newer), you can manage your billing and cancel your subscription through your account settings. Follow these steps:
- Log in to WID Circle and click on your profile picture located in the top right corner.
- Select "Billing." Here, you can see your Subscriptions, History, and Payment Methods.
- You can view or cancel your subscriptions under the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Identify the subscription you'd like to cancel and click on the three dots menu, to see the options.
- You can select "Cancel Now" or "Cancel at the end of your cycle."
For Legacy Accounts: If your account was created before 2022, you most likely have a Legacy account, and your billing information may be limited due to our platform transition. Legacy accounts include all discontinued subscription types and are no longer posted on our current Offerings Page. Here's how you can cancel your subscription if you have a Legacy account:
- If you see the billing area in your account settings, please follow the above steps for "New Accounts."
- If you don't see your billing area in your account settings, contact us at support@workitdaily.com to cancel this subscription for you. Please note that deactivating your account does not automatically cancel your account.
How do I change my email and/or password?
Editing Your Email Address
To update your Circle member email address, you will need to modify your member profile info. Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to WID Circle.
- Click on your profile picture in the top right and select "Authentication."
- Under "Circle Authentication," click "Edit" next to your email address.
- Enter your new email address and click "Save changes."
Changing Your Password
To change your WID Circle password, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to WID Circle and click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select "Authentication." Here you can view and edit your email and password, see your LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter accounts (if any), and the "Deactivate Your Account" section.
- Next, please enter your current password and the new one. Then, click on the "Save Changes" button to update your edits.
