Each of the four styles, Commander, Contemplator, Energizer and Empathizer are useful in the workplace. That said, your communication style is better suited for some types of work environments than others. When your communication style syncs with your work environment, you feel wildly confident and happy on the job. However, when your communicaton style conflicts with your work environment, you will feel insecure, frustrated, and could experience career setbacks. It's very important that you use your communication style to your advantage when choosing the right workplace for you!
