How Do I Get Them to My LinkedIn Page?

Dear Experts, Where do I put my LinkedIn address so I can get hiring managers to check it out? I've worked hard on my profile and think it looks better than my resume. Should it go in my cover letter, e-mail, top of my resume, or all of the above? Better still, can I just send them my link without a resume so they have to go visit it to see my credentials?
