I am a Business Operations Executive with almost 3 decades of experience directing and supervising teams of lawyers to achieve client satisfaction on various eDiscovery and Managed Review projects both in law firms and as a vendor. With a focus on cost forecasting and strategic planning, I have led a Division of 800+ attorneys working on 50+ weekly projects with an annual revenue of $40+ million.

I have created Managed Review Best Practices and taught numerous team leaders on the finer points of speed of review, use of AI and machine learning, plus how to create professional client communications.

Since 2020, I have successfully worked remotely while increasing the team from 5 city center locations to becoming a nationwide workforce while maintaining the highest level of work product and retaining top talent.

I hold a law license in good standing in both Tennessee and Georgia.
