Hello. I'm Liam. I have spent the last 15 years in the contact center industry technology space. I help customers use this technology to achieve and sustain business success.
I currently work with customers and technology partners on 4 continents providing sales demonstrations, developing business cases for partners and sales teams and delivering consultancy and user training.
In the past I was a contact center training and quality manager to more than 2000 agents. When I'm not jumping on planes or pounding keyboards for a living, my interests include travel, food, history, languages and technology.
I believe life should be an adventure, because happiness doesn’t come from arriving at your destination, it comes from enjoying the journey.
