I am a visionary and a human-centered leader with experience in Business Process Outsourcing,  Organizational Change Management, and Digitization in the Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare,  High Technology, Life Sciences, and Oil & Gas industries.  

Over a 25 year career in Accenture and later Delaware Consulting, I have led multi-million dollar  global programs across the deal lifecycle in culturally diverse environments and stakeholders. 

I am passionate about the human experience and organizational culture.  

Presently, I am an Executive Leadership Coach and my personal mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of future leaders in their journey towards the “Perfectly Imperfect I.”
