Originally from Louisiana, my name is Matt Spears, and I specialize in project management and strategic execution within the ever-evolving fashion industry. I completed my undergraduate studies at Tulane University and recently earned my MBA from the University of Southern
California. With six years of experience with apparel in the entertainment industry, I have managed projects on 9 different series and films, honing my skills in sourcing and creating high-quality products.
In addition to my professional expertise, I also ran the e-commerce and retail newsletter for all graduate students and alumni at USC, keeping them up to date on industry trends and the evolving landscape of retail and fashion. I am deeply committed to sustainable fashion and the circular economy. I strive to find innovative, eco-friendly solutions within the industry, aiming to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
