Michele Pollard Gonzalez
I am an Operations Executive with 15+ years of experience in telecommunications and financial services. I have led teams ranging in size from 250 to 400 employees in as many as 5 remote locations and managed budgets upwards of $40M. I have successfully led teams in Call Centers handling 1M+ technical support calls and teams in the Field servicing upwards of 500M customers.
I completed degrees in the U.S. at Texas A&M University (MS) and in Jamaica at the University of the West Indies (BS, MBA). I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
I am a member of numerous professional organizations – the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Women in Cable Television (WICT) and the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC).
In addition to my professional achievements, I currently serve as Engagement Lead for JerseySTEM, an organization that exposes middle school girls from underserved communities to STEM subjects.
When I’m not working or volunteering, I enjoy spending time with my family and tending to my garden.
