Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of working closely with CEOs in the government contracting arena. Advising them as they grew their companies, organically as well as through acquisition. In doing this I identified common executive experience and skill gaps within small and mid-sized US government contractors and subsequently founded a consulting business to address those gaps. My company (NET, LLC) primarily focused on providing infrastructure, process, and performance controls for Small Business Government Contractors in the areas of contract management as well as other business processes that control, minimize or mitigate contract risks as they experience dynamic business growth. Having achieved success as an executive and then a small business owner, I now help CEOs and executives achieve their goals and success. As a Vistage Chair, I lead confidential peer advisory groups where the members work together to develop informed decision-making, improved judgement, and confident leadership.
